Every couple I work with is different, and your experience should reflect that. My priority is that you feel at ease and actually enjoy the process - because when you’re comfortable, the photos follow naturally. My approach is a mix of gentle direction (so you look and feel your best) and a documentary eye for the real, unplanned moments you’ll want to hold onto. You get to show up and be present - I’ll handle the rest.
We’ll meet over video and talk through your vision, your plans, and everything you’re dreaming up - making sure my approach feels like the perfect match.
To secure your booking, I require a signed contract and a 20% non-refundable retainer. From there, we’re officially in this together. About 6 weeks prior to your wedding, I’ll send over a questionnaire to gather all the details, and we’ll touch base again so you feel confident and at ease heading into your day.
For weddings, you’ll receive a highlights gallery within 5 business days and your full gallery in about 10–12 weeks. Elopements are delivered within 4–6 weeks, and sessions within 4–5 weeks. I typically deliver around 75 photos per hour of coverage. Albums and prints can be added to any collection for a lasting way to showcase your images.
You shouldn’t have to think about what’s next. I’ll coordinate with your team, keep portraits and family photos running smoothly, and handle the small pivots that make the day feel effortless. The result: calm energy, genuine moments, and photos that reflect it.

Chelsea was really amazing to work with. We have never had professional pictures taken and I was really nervous, but she was so nice and excited and communicated everything well. We travelled from Manitoba, and Chelsea helped scout out locations and offered plenty of information prior to us arriving.
